- Check with your doctor what medications you can take to help reduce swelling.
- Stretch the affected muscles (lie down and pull one knee to your chest and hold and breath. Repeat with other leg)
- Wear a back brace.
- Try acupuncture.
- Visit a chiropractor /Physical therapist
- Contact a massage therapist
- Try Reflexology (some say this is the only therapy that works for them)
