The pain should reduce quite soon after birth but here’s a relieving exercise you can do:
- Lie on your back on the floor with legs hip-width apart.
- With a relaxed upper body, hold and pull your knee up into your chest area or as near as you can and breath
- Keep your other leg straight and on the ground.
- Hold for about 20 seconds whilst deep breathing.
- Repeat the procedure with the other leg and do this for about 5mins.
